Content Writer - help-centre articles (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Summit Fox Learning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 598 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about student accounts. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
