Summit Juniper Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Minneapolis, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about account openings. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with account openings.
