Content Writer - help-centre articles (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Field Community Partners runs community programmes across Minneapolis. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about donor records. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
