Content Writer - help-centre articles (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Junction Water Authority and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about treatment plant data. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Basic SEO knowledge.
