Content Writer - help-centre articles (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Drift Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Milwaukee, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
