Content Writer - help-centre articles (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Union Civic Services Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people based in Miami. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about budget submissions. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
