Content Writer - help-centre articles (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Granite Community Partners is a Miami charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 709 people based in Miami. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about grant reporting. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
