Content Writer - help-centre articles (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Beacon Insurance and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about catastrophe response. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
