Redstone Vista Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Miami, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about treatment plant data. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
