Content Writer - help-centre articles (Miami, FL)

Redstone Granite Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Miami and nearby communities, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Miami. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
