Cedar Ashton Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Miami, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service connections. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
