Content Writer - help-centre articles (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Umber Banking Services Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about branch operations. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
