Ironwood Junction Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Madison. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about lease compliance. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
