Content Writer - help-centre articles (Madison, WI)

Nova Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Madison, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer tickets. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
