Content Writer - help-centre articles (Madison, WI)

Fernwood Yarrow Legal Group is a law firm in Madison serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Madison. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about court deadlines. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
