Content Writer - help-centre articles (Madison, WI)

Greenridge Rook Learning Group is an education provider in Madison serving students and families, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about attendance records. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
