Content Writer - help-centre articles (Louisville, KY)

Bluepeak Willow Press produces print and digital publications in Louisville, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about bindery work. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
