We are growing our team at Redstone Granite Water Authority and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter reading. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
