Content Writer - help-centre articles (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Summit Harbor Energy Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
