Content Writer - help-centre articles (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Kestrel Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Little Rock and nearby communities. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about capital projects. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
