Content Writer - help-centre articles (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone Harbor Arts Center is an arts centre in Little Rock with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ticketing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
