Content Writer - help-centre articles (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Lumen Orchard Transit Planning and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
