Bright Wren Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Las Vegas, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service alerts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
