Content Writer - help-centre articles (Knoxville, TN)

Nova Cobalt Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Knoxville area. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about enrolment. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
