Bluepeak Nest Housing Group is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about lease compliance. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with lease compliance.
