Ironwood Bridge Legal Group is a Knoxville practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about trust accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with trust accounts.
