Ironwood Birch Energy is an energy provider in Kansas City focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service connections.
