We are growing our team at Highbridge Haven Insurance and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 655 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
