Ironwood Glen Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Jacksonville focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
