We are growing our team at Bright Basin Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about branch operations. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Basic SEO knowledge.
