Content Writer - help-centre articles (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Mill Arts Center and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about school partnerships. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
