Rivermark Pine Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Indianapolis, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
