Content Writer - help-centre articles (Honolulu, HI)

Bright Kestrel Press is a printer and publisher in Honolulu serving local and national clients, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about print quotes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
