Ironwood Union Civic Services works with county and city offices around Honolulu. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about public records. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
