Content Writer - help-centre articles (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Wilder Water Authority and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about water quality. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
