Content Writer - help-centre articles (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Fern Legal Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about client files. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
