Content Writer - help-centre articles (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Redstone Wren Transit Planning Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 517 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ridership counts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
