We are growing our team at Rivermark Meadow Community Partners Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about client intake. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with client intake.
