Content Writer - help-centre articles (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Cross Legal Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about intake forms. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
