Content Writer - help-centre articles (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Sable Community Partners Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about grant reporting. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
