Content Writer - help-centre articles (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ember Housing and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 239 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about lease compliance. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
