Content Writer - help-centre articles (Fresno, CA)

Nova Technologies produces print and digital publications in Fresno, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer orders. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
