Content Writer - help-centre articles (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Meadow Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about client intake. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
