Content Writer - help-centre articles (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Forge Energy Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage response. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
