Content Writer - help-centre articles (El Paso, TX)

Amberfield Yarrow Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around El Paso, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about budget submissions. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
