Bright Kestrel Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around El Paso. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about attendance records. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
