Content Writer - help-centre articles (Detroit, MI)

Ironwood Ivory Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Detroit area. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Basic SEO knowledge.
