Content Writer - help-centre articles (Detroit, MI)

Stonegate West Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Detroit, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
