Greenridge Meadow Insurance is an insurance company in Des Moines with claims and service teams, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
