We are growing our team at Greenridge Harbor Arts Center and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about event logistics. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
